From there, we create additional cash flow and then sell those apartment buildings for what’s typically a lucrative profit. And on average, the investors we’ve partnered with have received a 20% ARR, monthly payouts and extraordinary tax benefits. 

This is our 4th acquisition in Tallahassee it's 160 units value add multi-family.  We are looking for investors for 150K and up to participate as active investors.
