At Tell Me Something Sweet Bakery & Cafe, we create freshly prepared baked goods that not only remind you of your home-baked sweets but also opens your taste buds to a whole new world of mmm, mmm, good! Our objective is to create freshly prepared baked goods that not only reminds you of home but also opens your taste buds to a whole new world. While this is not an easy task, the handcrafted recipes of our founders, Kevin and Candace Ford, are more than able to meet the challenge. TMSS will offer a broad range of freshly prepared bakery products during business hours. Six to eight
moderate batches of products will be prepared during the day to assure that fresh baked goods are always available. Menu items will be available for dine-in, carry-out and delivery services.

Kevin Ford, CEO and Head Baker, has been preparing and serving fresh baked goods for over thirty years. Through personal apprenticeship from his grandmother and mother, Kevin creates beautifully baked items made with natural ingredients that are preservative free. Kevin credits being raised in a home filled with the smells of homemade pound cake, apple pie and other freshly crafted creations which inspired him to bake. “Some things I found that I knew instinctively, as if it were in my genes. Other aspects of baking came from watching, listening and not being afraid to try,” states Kevin. “My baking experience didn’t start out of boxes. Everything was from scratch.”
