Tectonic Systems, LLC a/k/a Island Seawall

Modular Precast Concrete Seawall System.

Tectonic Systems, LLC is currently in the process of launching Island Seawall to produce and install precast concrete modular seawall systems in areas ravaged by rising seas and more frequent violent storms.  Damage to private property and public infrastructure has been mounting and several research institutes including Forbes have been publishing articles that indicate that seawall needs for protection will rise to a 400 Billion Dollar Plus Market by 2040.

As Principal at Tectonic Systems, LLC I am no stranger to seawall production and installation.  This is not just a thought or concept, Island Seawall is a real product that has been installed along the shores of Lake Ontario, the 13th largest lake in the world.  Several configurations were installed over 20 years ago; this was a forward-thinking product while the world still felt safe from the ravages of the sea.

Now, every day the news has some form of article lamenting the need for shoreline protection against storm damage and flooding from rising seas.  We are going to lose a substantial amount of shoreline property through the rising seas; however, that is still 20 or more years in the future and Island Seawall can prevent and slow down some of that loss.  The initial market will be high-end private properties and associated public infrastructure that can be protected by seawalls.

I need a strong Investor-Manager to join me, to provide not only funds but administrative assistance so I can do what I do best – build for a profit.

In the real world, construction success is dependent on having the right product(s) to fill a strategic need, AND being able to perform the work within budget and most importantly within the anticipated timeline.  A lot of the construction industry misses the boat on the fact that in construction “time is money”.
