My career has included leadership roles and participation in numerous industry acquisitions and strategic transactions, which has provided firsthand insight into how these businesses scale and create value. Employers across regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, transportation, education, and government contracting rely on background checks to manage risk and comply with regulatory requirements when making hiring decisions. Millions of background checks are conducted each year in the United States, creating a large and recurring demand for reliable screening technology and data services.
Team Screen Solutions operates at the center of this ecosystem by providing the technology platform and data infrastructure that background screening companies rely on to deliver these services to employers.
The company licenses its proprietary screening platform to Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs), enabling them to manage the full lifecycle of a background check, including applicant intake, automated workflows, compliance documentation, report generation, and secure delivery of results to employers. By providing this technology backbone, Team Screen helps screening companies operate efficiently while navigating complex federal and state regulatory requirements.
In addition to its software platform, Team Screen provides wholesale access to the data services required to complete background investigations, including criminal record searches and other verification data sources. The company also operates Hirewise, an established Consumer Reporting Agency that provides direct screening services to employers in regulated industries.
