We are a ERP, AI and cyber consulting firm. Our firm is woman and veteran owned; additionally we are on a GSA schedule. We are being asked and offered to participate in more business than we can handle. I am seeking funds to purchase a SMB in similar space with additional capabilities. I have targeted a couple of profitable companies with EBITDA over $1.5M. I need to increase my staff and capabilities to capitalize on these requests. We are profitable (42%) with exceptional references. We will only buy a company that can service the debt with current operations. We can cover the cost of the debt for the growth capital until we make the acquisition; without hurting our bottom line. I would prefer a debt deal due to our GSA federal contract. Also, 20% of the funds will be used for new product being requested by major software vendor and two of our customers. The annual license will more than cover the cost of development and the product is required in the market.
