We are looking into opening a Family Entertainment Center in Kent County, Delaware. This would include 24 Bowling Lanes, Pro Shop, Restaurant / Bar Area, Arcade area. We are in the early stages of this project and getting ready to have a feasibility study completed. The facility would be a leased space and is going to be 27,000 Square Feet of usable space and located in Central Kent County, Delaware. The population count within a 10-mile radius of the location is 150,000+. We would like to partner with our local school district to develop some after-school activity or group surrounding the bowling industry. The bowling industry in our area, especially in our youth, is thriving and we would like to take advantage of this. There is a need for a safe and fun environment for our children, young adults, adults and seniors to utilize for indoor recreation and this will provide that. It is estimated that in our first year in business we will have a gross revenue of $1.9 million and a EBITDA of $500k. We are partnering with our local credit union and the USDA for the project; however, we are shy on the equity portion ourselves to obtain funding.
