Funding To Build/Operate First Hotel

True Hospitality®
To Own and Operate a portfolio of small to mid size hotels.
Hotels will be completely pet free, with a few pet free rooms for guests with allergies.
Small hotels will have a buffet style dining hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or in room dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Mid size hotel will either have in room dining or a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can charge to room, have them pay at end of meal.
All hotels will have a form of walking trail, dog waste stations outside throughout the property in a nice way, and a gift shop that sells local small businesses products, candles from myself, and various pet foods, toys, accessories and tools.
All rooms will have 90% of rooms be either dog or cat friendly, meaning rooms will have pet beds, litter boxes, toys, waste bins, food and water bowls, scratchers, and potentially small cat trees for the pets entertainment during stay.

Target market, travelers who are unable to currently bring their cat or dog to various hotels.
Pet owners in need of new accessories or food restock.

Ideal: Myself as CEO, COO, I would like a CFO, and HR and Legal Expert, and a couple taskforce managers to aid in implementing the companies mission and vision to the hotels as they provide assistance to. My True Hospitality team should be vocal in ensuring everyone remains TRUE to the company, and each other. They should share similar values of being treated with respect and kindness, and want to foster a friendly, caring and helpful environment. My employees can ask the same question a million times and get the same answer back with a smile each time.

I have a degree in Hospitality Management acquired in 2023, and am actively pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with a leadership concentration. I have been working at hotels since 2013 and was initially inspired by my first HR Manager at the Ragged Point Inn. I helped her set up the newly built ice cream shop, helped set the prices and organized the products location, helped pick products, ordered said products, and then ran the shop for the first two months by myself.  My choices I know improved the numbers for the hotel overall.
