New location is located in an apartment complex with apartments leasing for between $1600–$3500/month. Location is a ground-up build with $465K in tenant improvement offered by developers. Estimated buildout is around $1.2 million. Located on Main Street in Parker, right across the street from the PACE Center; a live theater that has shows almost weekly. 5,200 sq feet.
