I am moving the Bircus Brewing Co. operations to an Opportunity Zone, using Historic Tax Credits and Crowdfunding. I have a 2 acre site recently appraised for $750,000 and am seeking a 30-month line of credit for $375,000 (Interest Rate/terms TBD), secured with a 1st Mortgage for the site 2-14 Highway Ave. Title Exam/ Appraisal available for review.
