As the founder of an ESG-focused Venture Studio, our mission is to empower startup companies in the ESG sector by providing both funding and comprehensive support. From the initial stages of ideation to the eventual launch, we invest in these startups and offer mentorship along the way. Additionally, we offer a 6-month incubation program to further nurture their growth.
My strategy revolves around investing in startup companies and founders that show promising traction and revenue generation, while requiring minimal investment. Currently, I have identified 15 such companies that could potentially generate at least $2M in revenues annually. However, due to financial constraints as I am currently bootstrapping, I am unable to invest in them at this time.
Typically, we take between 7-15% equity in the founders' companies. However, the lack of funds is currently a significant bottleneck for us. Securing additional funds would greatly alleviate our financial constraints. I firmly believe that once we demonstrate traction in our own company, we will attract interest from angel investors, resulting in a snowball effect that will further increase our funding and investment capacity.
