Alexander’s frustration with traditional job applications led to an idea—merge the ease of dating apps with the job search process. Stephanie Florio - Co-Founder - Stephanie co-founded Swob in 2017, aiming to simplify job searches and recruitment. Recognized for her innovation with the "Pitch To Rich" award by Virgin Mobile Canada, she actively mentors young entrepreneurs through the WE Incubation Hub Program. Her contributions have earned her a nomination for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award. Alexander Florio - Co-Founder - Alexander co-founded Swob in 2017, driven by a passion to transform the job searching experience. His background as a Senior PR and Marketing Associate has fueled Swob’s innovative approach to recruitment. Alexander’s strategic vision has been integral in steering the company towards significant milestones, including the launch of the platform and its recognition in entrepreneurial contests. His dedication to improving job access reflects in Swob's continued growth and influence in the recruitment industry.
