I invented liquor hot sauce. Imagine extracting the vinegar from your Tabasco, and replacing it with bourbon, and you're pretty much there. The sauces contain 20% alcohol, and are approved by the U.S. TTB NonBeverage Laboratory, which means they are OK for all ages.
I also patented liquor hot sauce (US Patent 11717001). Food patents are very rare. I also created a company to sell this product, and placed it in thousands of locations before the pandemic.
The pandemic was awful, and tore through my life, and thus the company. But a broker got us approved for a global private label project. It's bigger than anything I could imagine, and we are the approved vendor for hot sauce. We don't have a timeline, but we know the brand is releasing in WalMart, worldwide.
Liquor hot sauce is a sure bet all on its own. Someone will make a fortune selling it.
