Swag Rentals

Swag Rentals provides sanitation rentals and services to the West Texas and surrounding areas. We primarily focus on oil and gas facility construction, EH&S, and pipeline.  We provide porta johns, trash trailers, combo trailers (trash trailer with 2 porta johns on a deck for mobility), and handwashing stations as rentals on locations. We also provide the service for wastewater and trash removal for our rentals as well as customer owned units. Our company has two owners that injected capital in the beginning to purchase several trailers and some used porta johns. Due to rapid growth in 2023 we needed more assets which put us behind the curve on paying AP and still do not have enough assets to cover the requests for rentals from customers. This is causing a large percentage of our profit to have to be spent in renting to sub rent in order to provide our customers with the rentals they need.  This continually increases our AP which keeps us from being able to purchase the assets that we need and to get our AP to a lower percent. Our Yard in Midland TX is a 3 bay shop with an office, 4 service trucks (2 with wastewater tanks), a team of 3 service techs, a yard manager/operations manager, and a mechanic to repair any issues with our trucks or trailers.  For more information or detail about operations, customer base,  gross revenue, profit margin, or net profit, please contact me, Missy
