Funding Request and Use:

This investment will be strategically allocated towards enhancing our marketing efforts, advancing our technology to improve operations and margins, and recruiting key leadership positions. While we are currently in preliminary discussions about potential international expansion, our immediate priority is to solidify our foundation. Our roadmap projects revenue growth from $12.5M in 2024 to $60M by 2027 as we enhance and broaden our service offerings, including nutrition, wellness coaching, and in-home yoga. These expansions are predicated on strengthening our domestic operations and ensuring our technology and leadership are fully equipped to support growth. Strategic Hiring Plan:
