I own a party planning, consultation, and management business. Currently, I have 20 years experience, a master's in management in project management, and am looking to expand. I have been working out of my house, using other venue's for parties and events, however, I would like to purchase my own building to have my own venue. Not only will I hold private parties, I make specialty cakes, I plan on having multiple community events and public events. The building I have in mind is large enough to house a haunted house at Halloween, plus has another room for parties. I have a business plan written up with estimated numbers. I have marketing experience and already have a Facebook page and website.
