My name is Suzie Daneault, retired teacher and founder of Suzie Q and Crew, a North York–based construction and renovation company focused on delivering high-quality
residential services. My focus has been to show up, provide an exceptional service and create an environment that the homeowner is ecstatic to enjoy.
Over the past several years, I have built a strong foundation for the business through industry research, practical experience, and growing demand for both renovation
services and skills-based learning programs. My vision is to expand Suzie Q and Crew, not just a larger construction company, but a skills ecosystem for women, immigrants,
and youth. This requires a dedicated construction and training facility that will support community skill development while meeting the growing demand for reliable residential
renovation services.   
To support this growth, I am seeking funding to expand operations, acquire essential equipment and vehicles, and establish a permanent facility that will allow the business
to scale and create new opportunities in the trades sector. With projected revenues reaching approximately $2.45 million by year three, the investment will help accelerate
