Raising Funds of a Public Company for expansion.

Super Anime Store, Inc. (the “Company”) was founded in 2010 in south Florida by Allam Lobo, its current President and CEO, by his opening of the Company’s first store. At the time there were only 3 main categories of products in what we now call the Anime Market: figurines, DVDs and manga (manga is the oriental equivalent of comic books). Social media was still in its early years and streaming video technology was nonexistent. Furthermore, U.S., customers didn’t have access to most anime products. As a result, the U.S. availability of authentic anime products was extremely limited.

The Company’s strategy was to bring to its store, a wide variety of anime merchandise that customers could see, touch and feel and buy. To enable this, Allam Lobo would fly to Japan two or three times a year to purchase products for his store from distributors.

As time went on, the store built a reputation as the leading provider of anime products in south Florida and began to build a customer following. Over time, the store’s number of product has expanded to be able to offer customers the latest anime products available anywhere (often before any competitor) including exclusive and rare items.

Today, each Super Anime Store offers an authentic Japanese experience to its customers unlike any of its competitor. As each customer enters the store, everything resembles a classic anime store in Japan, from the background music to the product organization, the store decoration, and, of course, the products themselves. Each Super Anime Store offers a full anime experience the same as when people go to Japan.

Moreover, over the years, the Company has also become very involved in growing the amine community in each of our market areas. In addition, the Company hosts “meet-and-greets” with well-known anime voice actors, supports local independent artists, and hosts games such as Pokemon tournaments, where the Company is an official partner in the league.

In other words, the Company is not just a chain of retail stores, but is a full retail Japanese experience, which differentiates it from all competition.

This strategy has proven to act as a competitive advantage to the Company, since Super Anime Store has built a strong online national business over the internet (www.superanimestore.com).

Today, in south Florida, the Company owns and operates four walk-in, retail store locations:

  1. Store - Lauderhill 4950 NW 88th Ave Lauderhill, Fl 33351

  2. Store – North Miami 2190 NE 123rd Street North Miami, FL 33181

3. Store – West Palm Beach
4611 Okeechobee Blvd, Ste 112 West Palm Beach, FL 33417

4. Store – Naples
 8793 Tamiami Trail E, #104 Naples, FL 34113

Under its name, the Company also has one independently owned store in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Super Anime Store is a leading anime store in southern Florida, specializing in any type of anime product, including collectibles, edibles, limited editions, clothes, and anything related to anime.

With over 10 years in the anime business, the Company has the ability to access all types of anime products from Japan and from numerous distributors. This gives the Company a significant advantage over its competitors on which to expand its geographic footprint.

The Company’s target market is very broad, ranging from customers aged 10-50, both male and female. The appeal of Anime transcends all ages and cultures.

We are a Publicly traded company on the OTC Markets under symbol SMMR

Over the long term, once the Company has a significant (number of retail locations, arguably greater than 20) the Company could attract one or more main players in its industry, such as Sony Corporation, who may be interested in the acquisition of the Company. (Sony owns Crunchyroll.com and Funimation.com, both of which are streaming anime media companies, moreover, Crunchyroll.com owns the anime online merchandise website, Rightstufamine.com).
