This is an App is called Video Badge that will allow anyone that has it to watch any traffic stop anywhere in the country as long as the person being pulled over has the app and is filming with a phone or other device .This would be live PD but you can pick them town or city you want to observe because it will show you then location of anyone who is being pulled over by typing in the city.You will get and alert when someone in your town gets stopped by law enforcement It also provides info on the towns police dept.,like the Dept.heads,Mayor,Chief,Sergeant,etc.
