Looking for funding to complete the approval process for the 14 single family/ townhouse development in Amesbury MA.
Some information:
Own the property.
We already have had multiple meeting with the town for pre-approval and to test out what the town planning board feels about this project, which has been received favorable.
There are already engineering plans that are being finalized for application process as the town communicates with us concerning planning and we are working on Comcom.
I am looking for funding to finalize the permitting process and then turn it into a construction loan, since it is a substantial amount and I have been funding the process personally so far- which makes it slower.
It is a home owners association that is comprised of single family residences and some duplexes.
The approval would be for a total of 17 units.
1 is the main house that already exists and is sold.
14 units for construction and selling
2 units that go with the existing equestrian property.
My experience to building from ground up is in Amesbury the equestrian facility 30 stall barn and Indoor arena and in FL a large project equestrian facility with 2 houses, complete design and layout, plus 24 stalls.
If this is something you would have interest in I can send more information on the project. We have house elevations / design, what we need for planning board, but have not done structural ,since we need the town process to be complete before investing in that.
