I own land in Wilson, NC and looking to split the property and add two manufactured homes. Once completed they will be placed on the market to be sold. I have chosen and put down a deposit of $15,000 on each home. I am requesting funding, so that I don't have to tie up all my available funds. I remolded and sold a home in 2022 and 2023. The first property sold for $50,000 above other homes in the area and the most recent in November 2023 sold for $50,000 more than the first property.
