III. Target Population:
Success is a Journey youth mentoring program will target young men between the ages of 12 and 17 who may be facing challenges such as academic struggles, family issues, low self-esteem, or involvement in risky behaviors. These young men will be referred to the program by schools, community organizations, parents or social service agencies.
IV. Activities:
1. Mentor-Mentee Matching: Pairing each youth participant with a mentor based on shared interests, backgrounds, and goals.
2. Regular Mentoring Sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions to provide guidance, support, and encouragement.
