Problem: Gen Z and Millennials are seeking a wellness platform that aligns with their fast-paced lifestyles and unique preferences, yet they struggle to find local fitness activities and community support. Many existing platforms either offer broad solutions or focus on isolated features without fostering genuine local community engagement.
In Short
Gen Z and Millennials need a wellness platform that aligns with their unique preferences and fast-paced lifestyles. Our solution bridges this generational gap by offering tailored health activities and short-form, easy-to-consume content, making it simple for users to discover and engage in wellness trends.

Why do we need product funding:
The Platform has been bootstrapped from a design standpoint by it’s founder but needs engineering help on the initial release.

Solution: Iceberg bridges this gap by offering tailored health activities combined with short-form, engaging content—making it simple for users to discover and participate in wellness trends. Our platform connects users to local workouts, fitness events, and trainers, creating a supportive environment that nurtures community-based fitness.

Why Now: Community-based fitness is on the rise, especially among Gen Z, who prioritize health, well-being, and social engagement. Iceberg uniquely captures this trend by focusing on local, community-driven fitness, something that current fitness and social platforms lack.

Business Model: Iceberg’s revenue model includes subscription fees for trainers, advertising partnerships, and commission from local events and businesses featured on the platform.

Traction: We’ve completed early-stage design and built a prototype, receiving positive feedback from potential users through initial market research. We are currently seeking funding to bring the platform to market with a planned New Year’s release.

Our Ask: We are seeking $500,000 to finalize development, launch marketing campaigns, and establish community engagement strategies ahead of our full release. This will fund engineering efforts, marketing for the launch, and help us expand in key urban areas like Austin.

Why Us: Our team brings a strong background in tech, product management, and marketing, along with a passion for fitness and community-building. Iceberg offers a unique value proposition by combining fitness, community, and social connections, which existing platforms have yet to fully tap into.

Vision: We envision Iceberg becoming the go-to platform for fitness enthusiasts in Austin and expanding rapidly to other urban areas through strategic partnerships, community-driven growth, and user engagement initiatives.

Projections: We anticipate strong user growth driven by the increasing popularity of run clubs, Gen Z’s prioritization of health, and their interest in local social connections. By leveraging platforms like Facebook Groups and Meetup, we aim to facilitate early community adoption and scale Iceberg’s impact.

Closing: Join us in revolutionizing the fitness community by investing in Iceberg, where health, wellness, and local connections come together in a seamless digital experience. Join our Company as a board seat and startup equity
