We keep special needs families together. Specifically, we work with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities stay with their families, in their family home, in their community. We provide stipend to the care provider to provide a quality life for the individual and their support system. Most families want to stay together. We make that dream possible. There is worth in differences and value in all. Having special needs does not disqualify one from having a good life it in fact makes the human condition that much more vibrant and Awesome!

Stefon's Smile Inc. is our nonprofit organization where we assist individuals throughout the Commonwealth  of Virginia that are diagnosed with disabilities and specifically intellectual disabilities, developmental delays and those on the autism spectrum to navigate various disability services throughout their life span. Whether the need is medical advocacy for those with complex healthcare needs or educational advocacy-navigating the child study and IEP in the school system, or applying for Social Security Disability benefits or tapping into behavioral supports . We also aid with the navigation of Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver services. We are the ally and trusted source of information for special needs families. There are many  barriers to accessing services and with Stefon's Smile we provide the hands on assistance, advocacy, and support to ensure that each family, each individual has the services they need  the help they deserve.
