Our Company provides different avenues to assist the small business owner as well as individuals generate the capital, they desire to make their dreams come true. We have multiple sources of revenue where we utilize the funds raised to pour back into the communities to build and rebuild the economy. 

Once we purchase the apartment complex, we plan to add a daycare to the property offering discounts to all the residents, which will guarantee full occupancy at all times in our center, along with afterschool programs. This way parents are aware that their children are in a safe environment that is home.  (We are in the process of speaking with current providers, that already have the licensing, and government backing and qualifications ion order to provide this service to our residents. By incorporating this, our residents will have to think long and hard before moving due to the convenience we provide for care, at a better rate than the outside centers. Along with the convenience of location. We will offer both full- time/part-time/afterschool care. 

One of our owners is a Chef graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, who has many years in the Restuarant Industry. We understand that we live in a microwave society. We can and will provide meals daily or weekly for families and individuals. Allowing the convenience of them having a home cooked meal without the headache of actually cooking the meals. 

We will also, partner with a 3rd party that will be able to offer financing to our tenants, so they can include there rent, daycare and food costs in a onetime payment that will be made to our property from a 3rd party, and the residents will be placed on a payment schedule. Allowing our company to create higher revenues each month with everything that is being offered.

Another breakdown is our Business Credit Builder Program, where we offer small businesses the opportunity to learn how to properly structure their businesses so they can obtain working capital for their company, to make payroll, purchase inventory and do marketing.  We show them how to obtain access without a personal guarantee. By allowing their businesses to truly work for them.  Then, they can invest in our company using the funds they have received and allow a portion of their capital to work for them. 

Residential Bail-Out Program - There are tons of people that have equity in their current homes however they do not have the proper credit needed to gain access to that capital. We at SBGS come in, offer to purchase their home. for the current market value, the client provides us upfront a portion (generated from the equity) of the agreed amount as payment for our services. SBGS then leases the home back to the homeowners, so they do not have to move. In order to qualify for this program, the homeowner must agree to go through our credit building program, where SBGS will assist the client in rebuilding their personal credit, go through our financial literacy program and show each homeowner how to properly manage their finances and pay their bills. then in turn sell them back there home within a 1-to-2-year timeframe at what is owed on the property plus $25k. Which allows our company to generate a profit on both front end and back end.  If at the time to sell it back the homeowner decides they do not want the property, the home belongs to SBGS the current homeowners will move and SBGS is open to either sell or rent out the property continuously.
