I own Strangest Things Haunted Farm in Eugene, OR. I would like to start an annual Zombie Fun Run charity event every year in September. We have had a very successful start to our business and We are going into our 5th year and wanted to do a big charity event for Cancer Research. I have had 3 of my Grandparents and one of my closest friends die from Cancer in the past 7 months. We are going into our 5th year at the haunt and it grows in popularity every year. We’re looking for investors to help us grow even more as well. We would like a $50,000.00 investment loan in which I am offering to pay back $30000.00 back this November and next November to give you a 20% return on the investment. We run it at Johnson Vegetable Farms as a part of Johnson Vegetable Farms. We are also transitioning into taking over the seasonal events at Johnson Vegetable Farms as well. My wife Amber Johnson is the daughter of the owner of Johnson Vegetable Farms. She already runs that business and I run the nighttime event. “Strangest Thing’s Haunted Farm”. We would love to double our customer base with some strong advertising as well as create some new mazes. We have been and will continue to grow and be successful however we would like to set up a deal with an investor in which they get a 15%-20% return on their investment. We will start our run at ARMITAGE Park right down the street and we will end it at Strangest Thing’s Haunted Farm. This will help us with Advertising more for the Haunt as well and for whichever Investor would like to invest. We make $260,000.00 per year every October-December. We run a huge haunt that is a lot of fun and scary. We would also set up an event weekend in September for all Zombie fun run participants in which they receive a haunt picture with the zombies of Strangest Things Haunted Farm, a free t-shirt and then go through the haunt. I believe this Charity event will help many people and it will be a great Tax Right off for any investor that invests with us.
