The name of my business is "Straight From the Soul". It's going to be a restaurant that specializes in delicious comfort foods and more. Serving up some down south home cooking like Big momma used to make. That's food made and created with love as the main ingredient. It's the comfort of the deep south without having to take that long exhausting trip. We'll have a variety of chicken dishes such as baked, fried and barbequed. I will also have turkey dishes, specializing in smothered poultry. Fresh vegetables prepared daily, baked macaroni and cheese, home made mashed potatoes, baked yams and my famous corn bread . We'll have several seafood dishes. Specializing in my honey glazed salmon and shrimp. Steamed mussels , clams and oysters. Desserts such as home made cakes, pies and cheese cake. The lighting would be inviting and soft with music playing in the background. I'll have the best staff of managers, hosts and waiter that will tend to you every need, because our customers are our top priority You'll enjoy the experience so much you would tell everyone that you know, saying to them, " You've got to go check this place out." The experience was outstanding.
