We provide a unique selling proposition by offering a 40%-50% discount on bookings for such properties. We plan to market these properties through social media and divide the discount between the property owner, the traveler, and Booking BooSTR. The discount we offer is 40-50% less than what is being advertised on other third-party sites. These other sites charge owners 15% and renters 3-5%. We ask property owners to forego another 40-50% of their rental income, of which 15% goes to Booking BooSTR for our services, while also eliminating the 20% commission charged by the other platforms they use.


Market Analysis:
The short-term rental market has exploded over the past decade, but owners are starting to see a slowdown in bookings in 2023. Booking BooSTR's target market is budget-conscious travelers seeking high-end rental properties and property owners who are looking to fill vacant rooms. By offering last-minute discounts, we aim to bridge the gap between travelers seeking affordable stays and property owners looking to fill vacancies. Our solution aims to connect both parties directly and remove the fees charged by third-party hosts, which often discourage vacation seekers from proceeding with their plans.

Marketing and Sales Strategy:
Our marketing strategy leverages social media platforms, and our sales team is responsible for finding renters and offering them unique properties at the 40%-50% discount. The sales team will be incentivized with commission-based incentives for successful bookings and attracting new properties to our platform. We offer a full service and limited service option, with the full service platform being for highly marketable properties that the sales team can help fill requested vacant days.


Revenue Model:
Booking BooSTR generates revenue by taking a 15% commission on the booking from the owner.  Owners pay an initial start-up fee and annual fee of $99.99  and a $9.99 monthly fee to access our sales support to market their rental,  templates, blogs, and marketing strategies. No sign-up fee for renters.


Operations:
Booking BooSTR operates as a website and eventually an app, requiring a small team to manage operations, marketing, and sales. A secure payment system is necessary to manage transactions for the bookings. Blockchain technology is potentially a solution to act as a decentralized platform to connect both parties with a smart contract while Booking BooSTR's role is to connect the two on our blockchain.  The technology will connect with  our owners management software to give vacation seekers a direct booking option to lower 3rd party fees. The app will be designed for owners to request specific last-minute dates to be fulfilled by our unique service at a discount. The website will integrate with CRM software to reach out to owners and renters over social media. The website can integrate with API keys from 3rd party hosts sites to confirm the discount and prevent double bookings. Our goal is to partner with the  most popular management software companies to allow the integration. For those owners that don't use a management software we will have access on our site to sign up for one using one of our preferred partners. 


Financial Projections:
Our financial projections assume 250 daily bookings per month at an average daily rate of $250, resulting in a monthly revenue of $9,375. Fiscal year one projections are $112,500 in gross revenue from rental sales commission alone. Year two projections are 1,250 daily bookings per month at $300 a night, producing a yearly gross revenue of $675,000. Our goal is to gain 500 STR owners in the first 12 months with a sign up fee and an annual fee of @ $99.99. The company goal targets 1000 more in the second year. The company will also charge a monthly fee of  $9.99 a month. Year one will bring in $49,995 in sign up fees. Year two will be $149,985 with 1500 users. At the end of year one the monthly income from the $9.99 monthly fee will be $4,995 a month and by the end of year two $14,985 a month. Total  anticipated revenue after 12 months of $222,435. Total anticipated revenue after 24 months $1,004,805.
