• Investment Amount: We are looking for an investment of $1.5 million at a minimum. Anything beyond that will only enhance the companies rapid growth and expansion. The stated amount will get the StingRay to market. If you are interested in launching additional products or looking to expand the StingRay to beyond the physical use market and include the digital entertainment gaming industry. Those scenarios would require additional funding. There are designs to take a StingRay body and interior and convert it into a VR game experience and or use that same model for customers to experience the machine in the VR world ahead of placing an order for a real StingRay. The gaming industry could implement these VR machines at countless venues all over the world!
• Equity Offering: In return, we offer a 49% stake in the business. This isn't just a financial investment; it's an opportunity to be a part of a pioneering journey in watercraft design and technology. Along with an endless array of other projects.

• Initial Production Costs: The civilian version of the StingRay will be our flagship product. One will be a fully equipped Carbon Fiber hull and the other prototype will be the reduced cost and basic optioned fiberglass hull machine to ensure that both variants are fully stress tested. We will take both versions to any and all events for promotional purposes. Our main objective as far as attending shows is the annual SEMA event in Vegas. Attendance this year would not be possible since it is less than 3 months away.
