From waterfall countertops to king sized beds in every room. We have earned an immediate reputation of luxury through having hosted Surgeons, Lawyers and NFL football players. These are the people we want to come and stay with us. These are the people we cater to on a regular basis. We hope to expand our deal into what we have already been approved for. We would like to expand form 6 units to 30 units. With that volume and level of luxury our revenue will be above $1,600,000 with a profit of $650,000-$772,000. We know this can be done. This is why we closed this deal. We need help staying alive and covering bills. And we want to expand into other market swithin an even higher tier of luxury giving us a significant return on investment.
