We are a non-profit engaged in affordable housing, food security, and, more recently, drug prevention.
The company owns a manufacturing plant for structural insulated foam panels (SIPs) with polyurethane at the core, clad with materials that won't burn.
We began manufacturing in January 2021, building emergency shelters for the homeless. We got rave reviews from local governments for the products, which were air-conditioned, heated, and had a lockable door for safety.
We could envision hundreds of units to replace tent camping in Sacramento, San Francisco, and beyond. But, when it came time to buy, we learned the hard way that the money is locked up with local governments, and getting through the bureaucracy and rigid zoning requirements takes too long.
We were just returning to our core mission, which is affordable housing, when our landlord got a better offer, and we had to move out. Our manufacturing plant has been in storage in Lincoln for four years and is ready to go back to work.
We also have had a sister plant in Uganda for about 15 years, engaged in affordable housing and food security.
A few months back, we were approached by a party representing two gold miners, seeking someone to help market their gold in the U.S. After intense due diligence of the risks and rewards, we are ready to begin with a trial run.
The proceeds will enable us to accomplish great things in the U.S. and Uganda without reliance on loans and grants.
