STC Bistro

Currently I own a candle bar in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. A candle bar is a place that people can come in to make wood wick candles. At our location they can make candles, perfume/cologne, laundry detergent and household cleaner. This location is currently owned and operated by a small family. We have been at this location in Calhoun's Village for our second year now. I believe that since I have a Master's in Public Relations and now a Master's in Digital Marketing, I have been able to see a double revenue from year one to year two. This is significant for a new business. The space next door to us is currently empty. It used to be a smoothie shop. People still come down looking for this place and we would love to be able to take advantage of that opportunity by providing a Bistro that would not only service those looking for the past smoothie place but also target those who like to hike and are looking for a healthy sandwich, or nice alternative to the many fast food/ restaurants that Gatlinburg has to offer. Given that we know the area and we know the marketing world, we know we could make this business successful if we had the means to do so.
