Stay Fresh Packaging extends the in-home freshness life for perishable products such as milk, bread, produce, meat.  As a result, the consumer saves money and effortlessly reduces in-home food waste.  We have been issued 9 patents in the US and Canada. One additional patent is pending. 
 
 Stay Fresh licenses this breakthrough package design and technology to Retailers for their private label perishables.  83% of consumers will switch their grocery shopping to a Retailer that offers Stay Fresh Packaging.  And 2 separate surveys confirmed consumers will pay more for products packaged with Stay Fresh.
 With the Stay Fresh Investment Credit program, Retailers will recover any upfront costs necessary to changeover their filling lines to accommodate Stay Fresh. Stay Fresh will also provide molds and dies to the Retailer's packaging vendors.
  
 The $500k funding will allow Stay Fresh Packaging to secure test commitments from 2 to 3 supermarket retailers. Key test measures are shopper acceptance, customer count and market share. Successful test results will allow us to scale up to additional Retailers and CPGs. The funds will also be used to develop and negotiate licensing agreements and test agreements.
  
 We have financial projections as part of a 5-year business plan.  The plan includes our step-by-step strategy and the profiles for each member of our Advisory Team. 
 U.S. and Canadian Retailers are our first priority. 
 From a growth perspective, there are 50+ food & beverage product categories that would benefit from Stay Fresh Packaging. 
 Our patents can be extended as design patents in the UK. The Stay Fresh opportunity can be extended to other countries.
