Starting a Semaglutide Clinic

Raising $150K (mix of debt/equity) to start a semaglutide clinic to sell FDA approved weight loss solutions.

I would like to start a clinic specializing in the distribution and sale of specialized semaglutide products for fast weight loss. I can source the products at discount. I expect to make a few hundred dollars (margin) per patient per month.

The product is FDA approved. The current public popularity/success of prescription drugs such as WeGovy, Ozempic, etc would be a good indicator of how the business will likely do.

There is a strong existing market for these products in well to do communities, where people are looking for medically assisted weight loss options that also allow them to maintain a certain lifestyle that includes their favorite foods.

Expected revenue forecast $500K+ by year end.  High margins on each sale.

Sale will be through targeted ad campaigns, word-of-mouth referrals (esp. based on customer success stories), and creating a marketing presence at gyms, salons, health spas, and other areas frequented by the typical customer for this product. There are existing clinics around the country doing the same thing. They are having trouble keeping up with customer demand for the products.

I need a total $150K in *additional* startup capital that includes startup costs and working capital for the business. I have the cash set aside to support 6 months of operations for this business (I have skin in the game) and I can easily keep up with the amortization schedule for a $100K size loan.
