I want to buy a lot at the address 1201-110st North Battleford Saskatchewan, Canada.; for around$20,000.00. Then purchase an RTM from Warmen Homes for $165,000.00 after taxes and if I buy itthis month of April, the moving of the house there is free. Before the house is moved to the lot, a basement will be constructed and a funace and the plumbing will be installed after placing the new home in place. I also would like to construct a one car or two car basic garage there also if feasable. I'll get further information on that very quickly. I'm also waiting for quotes on the basement construction and the furnace/plumbing. One more note is, I'm also waiting for an after sale price quote on the new complete and functioning home.
