Vision
I am addressing the housing crisis and rising cost of living by forming a tiny home community on an already set up piece of real estate.  I will create a self sustaining community with a turn key operation while continuing the operation already at hand. 

Problem
Our society today is being beaten down with the rise of the cost of living and not being able to make ends meet. People can't afford their bills and have to live in situations that are less than desirable. Inflation is on the rise, and things aren't changing any time soon. Overpopulation is creating mental health issues. Food costs are out of control and what we get at the stores is less than desirable for our nutritional needs. The environment around us is making us sick.

Solution
Imagine an affordable place, where you can live by yourself or with your family. A group of like minded people all living together and creating a community where reasonable living costs allow you to enjoy financial flexibility. Alternative sources of energy to are used to create a sustainable and low cost, fulfilling life. A community that is calming to look at.  An educational center that teaches forgotten knowledge of how to sustainably live.  A place for retreats and getaways.
 
Our Proposed Location Features
Starlight Flame encompasses a year round tiny home community with seasonal and short term rentals. Our proposed location offers a separation for the tiny home community to the seasonal rental area that gives the eco village  a sense of seclusion. This is unique for a campground layout. Join one of our retreats or workshops to take your experience to the next level.
Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the land provided with your short term or seasonal stay. Spend time with yourself or your family. Make and create a sense of peace and healing that you can take home with you. In one of our three spring fed ponds we have an island that can be visited. Our water activities are unique and the local community prefer our location to the
water parks in the surrounding towns.  Our popular restaurant feeds the locals year round.  Our location is on the snowmobile trail and accomodates for the winter crew. Our meditation trails will lead you through a journey of inner healing and insight.

This location is proitable and turn key.  All we have to do is hold it in our hands.  The current sellers are going into ministry and would like a visionary such as myself to take the reigns from them.

Target Market
Our tiny home community units target middle class invidiuals with an annual income of $40,000-$60,000 and middle class families with an annual income of $75,000- $100,000. We are targeting middle class individuals and families, remote workers, retirees, long term and seasonal stays. Anyone who encompasses our vision.
Our tiny home community will encompass off-grid self sustained living in a peaceful setting where our tenants can come find refuge from the hustle of living in society as it stands today. Our community will be working together to create a safe and spiritual environment for all who are there.

We will be showcasing affordable tinyhomes that will encompass modern lifestyle mixed with off-grid living. We are drawing in those who would like to reduce their carbon footprint without compromising comfortable living. Our tiny home community will be working together to create a safe and spiritual environment for all who live there.

The restaurant will continue daily activities and highlight farm to table meals as well as activities for the community. Outreach, activities, and workshops for the local area will tie us in to the community that surrounds us. Local and worldwide community is targeted for short term rentals, workshops and events as well as activities and the restaurant and bar.

Why Us?
Our founder and CEO, Rachael Imhoff, has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and has spent most of her career as an entrepreneur. Rachael is able to start up and grow a business with ease. Rachael has built from scratch her own territory in a print advertising company called Quad Inx. as well as an Independent Life Insurance Agency which is currently housed under One Life America, Inc. Rachael assisted Sandra Malek in scaling her brokerage company into a multi million dollar business, getting products into General Mills, Kellogg's, Otis Spunkmeyer, and more. Rachael studied and practiced sustainable living for many years in multiple states and holds a great wealth of knowledge and practices in health and wellness techniques, and alternative healing practices. Rachael is knowledgeable in setting up a system that will create our community living programs, and also one that will market our prodeucts and services to the public in targeted fashions.
