We are looking for $3.0M in equity financing to begin pre-production and talent attachments for the feature film adaptation of an inspiring graphic novel with built-in audience. This production company is being set up in Utah as a joint venture between Atlantis Studios (Virginia) and Redline Entertainment / Cosmic Pictures (Salt Lake City). It is expected to generate local employment of between 200-300 people throughout the course of production, both the high-tech media sector in SLC and rural Utah locations. Shooting will take advantage of Utah locations, and over 75% local talent, making the production eligible for the immediate 25% tax incentive, within six months after the completion of filming.
Investors will get the benefit of being prominently mentioned in film credits and marketing, as either Associate or Executive Producers. They will have the privilege to visit the set during filming, meet lead performers, attend the film's premiere as VIP guests, ad receive a merchandise royalty equal to 5% of the net sale of film merchandise.
