A full size Star Trek TOS film studio turned Tourist attraction and Family Entertainment center

Neutral Zone Studios is a full size 1:1 Star Trek TOS film studio that is being utilized as a tourist attraction and family entertainment center. The studio began its construction in 2010 in St. Marys, GA by Starship Farragut. In 2011, Farragut merged with Vic Mignogna to form the web series Star Trek Continues. In 2018, after releasing 11 episodes, the sets were purchased by Stage 9 Studios, LLC dba The Neutral Zone. Currently, the studio has released over 70 fan films as Tales from The Neutral Zone, Avalon Universe, Dreadnought Dominion, and more in addition to STC and Farragut. In 2018, the studio was transformed into a tourist attraction, opening its doors to fans for walk-throughs, open houses, weddings, parties, special events and the likes. Previously, it had been a closed set. As The Neutral Zone, we have achieved great success in terms of visitors; however, the studio is located in Kingsland, GA just over the Florida boarder, and that area is not a hub of tourist activity. Plus the long trek from South Florida to southern Georgia inhibits the amount of time that the studio could be open.

In addition, the building the studio is housed in has fallen into disrepair. The are roof leaks, water main breaks, mold issues from the previous tenant, insulation issues, and more. The landlord would now rather sell the building rather than repair it.

Based on all of that, it is time to move.

We have set our sites on central Florida in Polk Country for many reasons including its growth rate and proximity to the Orlando major attractions. Our building requirements are 12,000 to 18,000 sq ft, 20' to 24' clear height, and air conditioning...and we have located a building that will meet our needs. We also have plans to go beyond being a tourist attraction and creating a family entertainment center, allowing game play on the sets.

While this is all good, the process will be a long one. The current sets are being prepared to transport to a new location that will require much manpower and many trucks and flatbeds, and then we estimate another 3 to 4 months to reassemble.  and open to the public. We have created a strong 5-year plan and solid pro-forma plans and projections.

We have come to you to ask you to help fund this investment opportunity and create a growth path for yourself and us. We are unique in our offering. There is only one other studio like ours in the United States. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity and we how you will consider joining us.
