Maintenance Construction Service for HOA's (Homeowner Associations) in Central FL. Primarily repairing or replacing exterior stairs. Currently replacing several hundred stairs at multiple HOA locations in the amount of $302, 400.00 pending contracts not yet scheduled $791,907.00.
In addition to exterior stair replacement also do replacement of stairway landings for up to five stories as well as replacing damaged siding, repair and or replace sidewalks and driveways.
Stag repairs damaged brick, wood, and concrete walls surrounding managed properties. We also repair or replace dumpster enclosure gates, property entrance gates and pool gates.
Stag will repair or replace anything excluding HVAC systems and roofing. We also repair or replace exterior doors and do concrete grinding of sidewalks.
