Stacked and Folded Social House

Small restaurant in Evanston, IL.   We have been open for 4 years, each year with positive growth!   Put simply, I need to buy out my current owner.  We are located in between Northwestern University and a large residential neighborhood.   We do a healthy takeout and delivery business, but our bread and butter are the locals and our dining rooms service.   We are a full-service restaurant with a full bar and do a very good catering / event business with the University, the city of Evanston, and local families.  Our current owner has continued to make mistake after mistake, wasting money on schemes and listening to his friends about how to run the business, rather than listening to his management staff that has actually ran full-service restaurants before.  I have been running restaurants for over thirty years and know a good bet when I see one.   This location has enormous potential, it just needs an owner that will let the staff provide great hospitality, serve good food, and allow the natural growth of this space.  I am that owner and just need financial backing to take it of his hands.  He is very willing to sell it!
