We are Distributors and Wholesalers of Hospitality/Food Services' products including disposable packaging, kitchen cleaning material and dry groceries. We have nearly 300 business customers inclusive of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, takeaways, hotels, caterers and grocery stores.
 
we are looking for $300,00 additional working capital to expand the sales volumes and distribution network from the prospective Investors who can bring the investments and expertise into the business by taking a stake up to 40 to 45% in the business.

 The Business:
 
We supply a wide range of food packaging products like disposal coffee/hot & cold cups, food takeaway containers, cutlery, napkins, carry bags, paper/foil bags, wrapping material, etc., food services products including cooking oils and dry groceries, kitchen needs & washroom products like wipes, dishwashing liquids, floor cleaners, oven & grill cleaners, bleach, food sanitisers, hand & body soap liquids, paper towels, toilet rolls, etc. to cafes, restaurants, hotels, takeaway shops, bakeries, caterers, fast food outlets, food trucks, bars, clubs, pubs, grocery & convenience stores, and supermarkets, RSLs, child and aged care, educational, and other social and all religious institutions.
 
 The Market:
 
The Food Services, Groceries and Packaging Industries market size in Australia is around $200 Billion altogether by 2020 (Food Services $43.53 Billion,  Groceries $122.50 Billion and Packaging $34.50 Billions).  Disposable Packaging Products' Share alone $14 Billions.
 
 The Industry size is massive and we supply products from these three categories, so the opportunity of growing the business is huge.
 
 Currently, we supply all over Melbourne and working out to expand our sales network to other cities/towns in Victoria, and eventually to NSW & SA.
 
 Our target is to have 500 customers, 1000 wide range of products, and deliver $1,000 worth of goods every month to the active customers by 30th June 2021. (The active ratio is 60%).

Progress:
 
We started operating business in November 2019 and progressing well during this COVID19 pandemic conditions.
 
 Despite lockdowns, we are continually developing a good customers’ base and currently, we have nearly 500 packaging and food services products, supplying to nearly 300 customers inclusive of Cafes, Restaurants, Takeaway Stores, Bakeries, Grocery Shops, Caterers.
 
 Our current Monthly Sales Turnover is $50,000 and working out to increase sales volumes from $100,000 to $150,000 per month by increasing our products list number to more than 1000 within the next three months’ time. In fact, we are not able to meet customers' demand due to a shortage of working capital.

 Objectives:
 
Immediate objective is to achieve Sales Turnover of $1.5Mln - 2021-22, $3Mln - 2022-23, $4.19Mln - 2023-24 & $5.4Mln 2024-25.
 
 To start sourcing supplies locally or by imports in bulk volumes at cheaper prices to earn gross profit margins from 28% to 40% on sales consistently
 
 To offer better competitive prices to customers and increase monthly sales by 10%
 
 To achieve $100,000 monthly sales by E-Commerce Stores by 2023-24
 
 To open retail/direct to public sales outlet asap within one and half years
 
 To offer customized packaging solutions and storage services to customers
 
 To promote eco-friendly, organic, trendy & sustainable products and create awareness in the food industry on compostable food takeaway containers, coffee cups & lids.

Basing on each team member’s performance in terms of meeting their KPIs and their individual contribution in developing the business and do extending timely professional services to the customers, the team members will get pay raise twice in an year.

All the targeted sales volumes and profit margins are realistically achievable by way of arranging almost all the needed supplies (maybe up to 60 to 70%) to the customers.

Targeted to deliver/sell $1,000 worth of products every month to 500 active business customers. This target is realistically achievable within a couple of years as the current average monthly sales invoice/order value is nearly $500 (100 active customers).

The sales and other financial targets are realistically 100% achievable.  The following are the key parameters to achieve the targets.
 
Total Customers base 500 - (Active Customers ratio could be 60 to 75%.  We define an active customer as "a customer who buys at least once in a month").
 
Minimum 1,000 wide range of products including disposable packaging,  cooking oils, dry groceries, beverages, water, juices, and cleaning material.
 
To deliver at least $1,000 worth of goods every month to each active customer.
 
Minimum 30% Gross Profit Margin on Sales Volumes.
