SR360: This business software for construction companies follows the natural flow of information, making it easy to learn and implement. It provides summarized, actionable information to help business owners be more efficient and profitable. SR360 is the only software platform developed based on systems and procedures from one of the INC5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America and the Financial Times 500 Fastest Growing Companies in the continent.
Permits Genie: An online platform enabling Florida building contractors to create complete building permit packages, including forms, Energy Sheets, Product Approval Information Sheets, Notices of Commencement, and more. It simplifies the creation, notarization, and recording of documents, saving contractors time and money while ensuring legal compliance.
Florida has nearly 50,000 licensed contractors who need to pull permits for their projects. Whether they use software, spreadsheets, or pen and paper, they all require permit solutions. We aim to reach them with Permits Genie, demonstrating its ease of use and introducing them to SR360. With just 2,500 users, we make money; with 5,000, we make millions. The market potential is enormous, with over 30,000 potential customers in Florida alone with no software solution today and this number is expected to grow to over 45,000 in 5 years.
We have also several other venues to generate additional revenue once a critical mass of users is reached. An agreement with a financial company to provide lines of credit to our users that will pay us a percentage of the profits, revenues from credit card processing, revenues for generating leads, and of course the additional revenues once we go outside of Florida.
Our outreach campaign includes refining a list of licensed contractors with contact details, using social media, online ads, partnerships with local building associations, trade shows, and cold calling. We’ll release a limited version of Permits Genie for free to attract users, charging for notarization and recording. We expect to convert half of the trial users to paid subscribers at $29.95/month or $249/year. Our SR360 platform is priced at only $295/mo. for unlimited users and features which is in line with some other platforms although we offer no limitations.
