Springs Realty is a Colorado based Real Estate sales and property Management company that is rapidly ascending in the marketplace. Currently, the company is ranked #11 overall in the state by volume and we are partnered with eXp – the 4th largest brokerage by volume in the continental US.
Despite establishing a company during challenging economic times in August of 2020, we have found success early on as a company. At only three years old, year to date – we are currently at 52 closed, pending and active units, for 23.5 million in volume not even halfway through the second quarter. Our property management division is only one year old, and we currently have 28 rentals boasting a 0% vacancy rate - despite $0 in lead spend on this venture and 100% organic growth until recently.
We are expanding from our team of 22 in the Springs to our neighboring markets of Denver and Pueblo – largely in part due to a partnership with Zillow and success with Wizehire. We are performing better than 91% of their partners on Best of Zillow and were recently invited to their Showingtime+ listing program which is held to the top 10% of partners to feature their listings. We are working towards the Zillow Flex Program and Zillow Agent Advisory Board.

www.SpringsRealty.com) – continue to leverage ai, retargeting and remarketing, as well as continue to ramp up community involvement as we have found these avenues to be successful not only in procuring new business, but as well as generating repeat and referral clients. In addition to the above – we would like to expand our reach to begin a partnership with Realtor.com, create a North Carolina expansion team, as well as continue to improve our agent attraction with continuous improvement from our bi-monthly recruiting classes in which our agents must complete a rigorous 12-week training program. During training, agents are expected to sell a house within 40-70 days and after the 90-day training period, if they have procured no contracts or closings, they are then pulled off of leads and put onto a performance improvement plan for sixty days and we conduct an exit interview if they cannot produce.
Additionally, we are at a place in property management where we can begin to scale this company and acquire additional books of business through our streamlined processes, support systems, as well as new opportunity with All Property Management leads.
I am currently mentored by Coach Joe who helped grow the #1 Team in San Diego – Porchlight Realty, and who also coaches six other current top 5-10 teams in different states. My leadership team is dedicated, motivated and experienced and we have a tremendous upline through eXp and the fast forward movement to help us minimize mistakes as we grow and scale. At the top of our family tree, we have Kyle Whissel, out of San Diego – who teaches us in a small group setting weekly how his team grew to their current volume – which is currently on pace for 500m this year. As well as Mark Pattinson – who is a serial entrepreneur and who owns half a dozen successful companies in addition to the real estate sales team which is pacing over 350m for 2024.
Our current roadblock is capital constraints. Our business model is successful and replicable. We are seeking capital for both debt refinance to improve month over month cash flow, as well as aggressive expansion to firmly solidify ourselves as a major player in the marketplace
