Completed one major development with nation's largest homebuilder and have a second project underway. Second project is a 150-unit townhouse project presold to same builder that developer worked with in the past. The Lot Purchase Agreement is in place with Earnest Money to be released at project dirt ready Complications with landowner has move the land acquisition up to the end of July 2026 . The engineering is 75% complete with expected approvals to take another 12 months. Druthers are such to work with one lending source for the land acquisition and when permit ready the acquisition construction lending that will be needed.
