Sport's House

I have a great idea for a Sport's House located in El Paso, TX. El Paso is high desert. So we get very hot summers and very cold winters. A sport's house would really help people stay active in this kind of weather. I plan to rent a warehouse. In that warehouse I will add 2-3 turf fields, 4 Basketball fields that will be ready for volleyball as well. I will also, have a small weight room, food court (wine/3 kinds of beer on tap)  with 4 tv's for sports to be playing at all times. I will also have jumpy balloons for children under 10 yrs to play in while parents or siblings are playing. I also have a Trainer ( that works for UTEP) on site. There is not a place like this in El Paso. This sport's house will also offer Birthday parties. I will have young adults lead organized sports for the parties like dodgeball and soccer or whatever sport requested. We have many young adults that can no longer play football in college because they were not selected, this would really open the door for these young/or old athletes to play the sports they love in Refrigerated AIR.  There would be a membership fee. And soccer, volleyball, basketball, flag football tournaments will be offered at a price per team. The projected demand for this facility is high as there is no other place like this in El Paso. It will be great for the communities to come together and maybe this will open up ideas for the city to create places like this for it's citizens.
