It is a National League focused on getting players the next level. Dallas is a Hotbed for talent. There are hundreds of adult teams in the metroplex, and I have been involved in this market for over a decade. This area has an untapped market of providing a quality Club and venue for these players/teams to rent and use for training , Scrimmages, and official league matches. We are looking to put down 2 full size all weather soccer fields ( long term goal of 5 fields) and general amenities ( locker rooms, restrooms etc..) that would be the home base for our club. besides the money we would bring in from our own youth soccer programs..... the potential for return on investment on JUST the field space rentals to local adult teams and leagues is HUGE . There is no designated adult soccer venues in Dallas. but a massive customer base with this one basic need. The demand is massive, and the spaces are non existent. Lets provide the answer together! Is a Semi-Pro Club based in North Dallas. We have grown our membership from 18 players, to 95 players in the last 3 seasons. From all walks of life and ages from 17 - 35 years old.
we also have a Div. 1 Central Conference title under out belt.
We are currently Player funded through club fees. These fees generate about 40-50k per year. but this is only on a base level. Once we are able to provide this organization at the youth levels in this area … we would see a significant growth in fees. Youth clubs operating at this average about $2500 per kid. Most rosters carry about 18 kids. Our goal is to grow about 6-10 youth teams in the beginning to focus on development. Our end goal(with youth teams) would be to obtain 25-30 teams total . This Model of growing youth soccer in this area has proved time and time again to be a huge asset. The "Draw" of having a proper training and game venue that is home to our club would see the numbers of players and parents wanting to get involved … would go through the roof.
This Club Model has three Phases as you can see:
Semipro Teams - A pathway for the players to get further , and for youth players to work for
Youth Academy - unlimited growth and revenue potential
Venue - an Untapped market to focus on the hundreds of adult teams, and to attract youth and semi pro players to the club itself.
THE VENUE :
We are looking at possible locations to stay as central as we can. With the First two fields ( bulk of the investment) we would be able to start getting a return immediately through rentals and hosting tournaments.

1 training field.
average rate for a field rental in this market is $150/hr. plus an additional rate for lighting.
the few places that exist now where teams rent are booked 7 days a week. and extremely difficult to get on for the adult teams because all these places have a YOUTH priority for rentals. no one is catering to the huge adult market here. we want to fix that!
