Our business is going to be an RV and boat storage or an RV park. Looking to be on a 2.75 acre lot in Houston Texas. We are currently looking for $100,000 to help finish the permitting and engineering process as well as paying for the construction process to get the business off the ground and running. We currently have about 140 grand sunk into the lot itself and we’re looking to try and get over the edge as permitting has taken a lot longer than expected.
