The PLAN: I'am going to have the first Steel supply/welding supply in the Dripping Springs. Steel sales/supply can reach 3M+ in the first year, numbers are based off other distributors and my insiders working within the industry. I have the customer base and the knowledge to make this happen, I know the industry and area well. I have the knowledge and connections to the largest steel manufactures in Mexico and the ability close deals.
Being first in the steel supply industry in this area is a major advantage. My goal is to establish the steel sales/supply business and sell out to a larger steel supply chain in 5 years. I have companies sending me bids for contracts but do not have the space or capacity at this moment.
Funding will go towards buying 5-10 acre lot, building a warehouse and outdoor steel yard. Purchasing inventory. Major advantage is that I can build the building. Buying the land and erecting the building will give the investment instant positive equity, especially in the Dripping Springs area.

Alamo Welding supply- Small welding supply-good customer service-huge volume-Poor location downtown Austin-people do not want to drive there.
