10  year old exterior maintenance and consulting company needs to Restructure debts and cashflow / Business Development EV Infrastructure

We have 2 sides to our company :
Exterior Maintenance Division ( Southern Cutters, LLC where we serve Commercial and Residential Clients with everything from lawncare, landscaping, irrigation, debris removal, pressure washing  anything from exterior services we feel we can handle or resources to full fill need).

Manfre and Associates Consulting Services, LLC is a Business Development Division which has worked with clients in many areas of Real Estate, Insurance, Business Brokering, Business Development Services throughout the last 20 years.  Real Estate Licensed and Insurance Licensed with all licenses from P&C, Life, Health.  New division is EV Infrastructure Development and Turnkey Solutions for Commercial Site Locations and Implementations along the Southern Regions to increase the ability for EV drivers to charge in comfortable environments.

Our team for Southern Cutters consist of experienced exterior maintenance staff for all of the services and ranges between 4-6 employees. We have subs for any larger jobs if needed and equipment resources. My general manager Mason Hernandez oversees scheduling, equipment maintenance, site work observations, estimates. Out team leaders Mike Sanders and William Hudson handles crew trucks and services properties in the field with labor workers. Bob Rispoli is a Veteran and great friend that works with networking groups and business development and sales. 

Our team for Manfre and Associates Consulting Services and EV Infrastructure is mainly myself Rene' Manfre and I handle meetings, site evaluations, contracts and agreements, supplier installation teams, architects / engineering relationships, merger / aquisition partnerships.

The over all opportunity within our region of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.  We mainly service large commercial property management companies who are contracted to maintain locations such as schools, municipalities, retail centers, industrial locations. Our goal is to grow and expand our services locally 2023 and look at opportunities to grow into a few other states over time with creating contracts for maintenance and sub work out to local companies, contractors in areas vs hiring on more staff when it comes to the Exterior Lawncare / Landscaping Services.

Manfre and Associates is a turnkey provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging system solutions. We evaluate your needs, consult on grants available to help fund your system, design and build EV charging systems and provide long term maintenance to make commercial EV charging stations hassle-free.

Southern Cutters cashflow is derived from ongoing yearly contracts and services with commercial property owners, management companies, schools and variety of 20% residential clients. We offer cleanup jobs and 1 time landscaping jobs as well as other services that may require 2 -3 times a year installs.  Revenues have been between 250-400k annual over the last 6 years. 

Manfre and Associates Consulting Services derives income from commissions and term agreements for offering oversight and direction of development of structures. Some opportunities are paid form the supplier of equipment and software, construction, site planning and development management. 

The competition for lawncare services is very wide range where its mainly built on relationships and building upon standards and we feel very confident that many of our clients stay with us due to communication and service. 

The EV infrastructure is wide open being in the southern regions and the grant monies driving the manufactures, dealers and public municipalities to have to find ways to develop the infrastructure is higher than ever before. The Billions of dollars allocated over the next 5 to 10 years is one of the greatest opportunities that my team is so excited about being a part of.  I have a partnership with individuals who have years of experience in building large Casino Truck Stops and Retail Chains throughout the country and architect/ construction firm that has the ability of building out across the states. Over the last 6 months we have made a tremendous impact on creating over 5 sites in process of negotiations, supplier JV partners, Large infrastructure contractors that has over 22,000 employees nationwide as we start expending if needed. Our goal is to develop 1,000 locations and we feel strong about the relationships we have made with investors, bankers and political parties that are very involved with the process.

My vision for my companies are to scale into an overall service provider and resource platform offering services that help clients with any of their needs from exterior maintenance services and resources to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations. I work hard to also offer insight to business owners on how to increase revenues and utilize strategies that can bring their companies and or locations into the future of the ever changing world of technology.

I have achieved a large client base, staff, equipment and resources to excell faster into the future and feel very confident with my team and resources to grow over the next 5 years into becoming a multi million dollar organization. 

I am asking for $250,000 - $300,000 to help with restructuring current high interest debts and increasing the cashflow to offer reserves for new equipment and marketing. By restructuring the debts into 1 payment will open up cash flow and savings to approx 10k a month and savings of interest into the thousands. I am able to offer collateral of vehicles, equipment and receivables if required to obtain the security. I am open to options to achieve a win win for all parties and obviously a good rate of return for the ask. 

I feel if the loan or investment can be repaid on a 5 year amortization. I am open to early payoff option in 3 years as we look at cost and calculations of increasing revenues.
