Raising $150,000 to consolidate a burdgeoning market, as well as add new staff and a new facility to take advantage of business we are currently turning away.

We are a private chef and catering business with a strongly developing brand. We have upcoming opportunities for growth and diversification but need additional capital to take advantage of them.  In some instances, we have hard contracts but can scale our revenue by investing in larger teams. Other opportunities will allow us to realize growth through expanding our team and our home location to take advantage of the business we are currently turning down.

The market for in-home private chef dining has been strong during the pandemic and is only growing since. However, it is a market dominated by solopreneurs hustling for their own piece of the pie. I would like to bring a select group of them under an "association" that helps those who can cook but lack marketing skills. Through a series of partnerships, we will develop, we will set them up with a website, business insurance, a bank account (if needed), and more services.

Additionally, we are receiving more and more requests for high-end catering opportunities and need to move into our own dedicated kitchen. Ideally, our kitchen will be attached to a storefront where we can offer our own private chef dinner series, as well as modern high breakfast and lunch walk-in style business to take advantage of the space. The space also allows us to grow and develop our upcoming YouTube channel which will help grow the brand and drive sales towards our regional private chef network.

Lastly, we are beginning a relationship with CookUnity, a chef-driven meal delivery service, based out of their Los Angeles kitchen. Using their sales platform, purchasing, delivery, and marketing efforts, we will be cooking for ordered meals that are then delivered throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Once our LA team is running smoothly, additional working capital will allow us to expand our relationship with CookUnity into their Seattle, Austin, Chicago, and even New York Kitchens.

Our sales in 2021 were nearly $700,000 with only 1 full-time employee. On multiple fronts, we are turning down business we are unable to take due to the lack of funding needed to make the leap necessary. We think this is an exciting opportunity for the right investor(s).
