The site is called Rozzelles Ferry Landing, RFL. It's a 1.25 acres campus for live music and cultural oasis featuring regional and local live entertainment, performing jazz, soul, funk, blues and cool pop, curated for the 5 Points Neighborhood neighbors, Charlotte live music enthusiasts, and visitors to the Charlotte metro area.
The site will have 4 primary features. 1. Intimate music venue. 2. Cozy craft bar. 3. Coffee/ wine bar. 4. Outdoor performance stage. These features will be coupled with the marketing production and management capabilities of Soundvizion LLC. The combination of these social centers on one campus provides a one of kind customer experience.
